I got in contact with Dennis after purchasing my new home. I needed Dennis' help ensuring a temporary leaseback went smoothly. Dennis made sure any issues we encountered were resolved smoothly and promptly. Unfortunately, my experience with Dennis Kroeker turned out to be very disappointing. My brother and I were having issues with a solar company. The solar didn't work, our monthly payments was raised from $120 to $160 a month. Dennis contacted us online and offered his help. He told us he would get us out of the contract. We stopped paying the solar in Nov. 2022. Lender shut panels off and locked it so they could not be turned back on in Aug 2023. We were concerned about the lien on the house. He said not to worry..there is no lien. We hired him in March 2023 paying $3000 retainer that I took out a loan for. We felt comfortable our problems were in Dennis's hands.
