I've dealt with this firm twice. The first experience was great, which is why I gave two stars. It was an eviction for tenants that stopped paying rent. All went smoothly and I was happy with things. The second experience was selling our home to buy another. We sold our home to an out of state business. We were assured it would be a simple sale. The sale was contingent on the purchase of our new home going through. Our new home was contingent on the sale of our old home. We knew of and asked for three things. They were to handle the contract with the business, deal with the contingency and to ensure we didn't end up homeless in the process of the sale and purchase of our new home. All pretty standard stuff. Things should have gone smoothly, but things were far from smooth. Communication

Strange to me how an Estate lawyer representing an estate and fulfilling the wishes of a decedent's will, doesn't think it's appropriate to help certify a trustee named in the will. Instead she wants me to hire another attorney to do that of the estates lawyer... do not recommend this firm. Once I did not cow to her she became rude and stopped helping me with anything. Now the will is not going to be fulfilled and all I hesitancy is in Wayne County limbo. Oh, and you better believe she got her money! One of the first inline....

This place is a joke! 17 years ago they were paid over 5 grand to do my divorce and then they backed out. All because I wouldn't budge on her father getting visitation with a domestic violence background, and now looking back at this whole situation, I should have not paid them till they finished the job.

I went into there office gave $150 for consultation only consultation was now we need $2500 to represent you . I had all info I took in for them . They have absolutely no ethics give me your money is all there after. NO! NO! NO!
