I have been a client of Lake city law since April 2023. Corey Smith agreed to take my case when everyone had previously said no. By the time I met with Corey I was lost on how to move forward. He helped me see the light through my dads probate. Nicholas Peterson took over for Corey in the summer, fall of 2025. Nick was fully ready and well prepared of everything we had done over the last 2.5 years and he was ready to continue. Filled out a online request form on sunday and didn't hear from them on monday so I gave them a call on tuesday and was told their receptionist was sick and I would get a call back on wednesday. Didn't hear from them so I called again on Thursday and was told the receptionist was on vacation. Only just received an email almost a week after first contacting them telling me they cant help. If you are going through metlife dont even bother trying to contact them. They must not want to work.
