Today I worked with Paige who helped answer some questions I had concerning our account and she was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, direct, patient...I could go on for hours with more good things, but I digress... While still early in our relationship with Lakeview Law Group, PLLC, we have had a great experience working with them so far and definitely recommend if you are in need of their services.

Don't do it! I've been paying $400 a month for over a year. They've just started paying back my $4000 credit card. They called me today and said they have an offer to settle my 15k loan....the loan settlement would be 9K with them making monthly payments of $368, BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $150 A MONTH. When I questioned this because there's over 4K in my escrow, she stated that there is a service fee of 29% over original debt amount! WHAT????!!!! ALL THEY EVER SAID WAS NO FEES, NO FEES, NO FEES! So they're getting 5k for coming to an agreement? So I'm actually paying the same amount! I just paid my 3rd and final account off that was sitting idle for the last 13 months myself. They're not getting another penny. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The experience with Ray was a huge relief and showed a strong understanding of my actual financial situation. He took the time to review my account and clearly explained how my existing funds were being allocated, why my monthly $800 payments were sufficient at this stage, and under what specific circumstances additional funds would be required in the future. This experience stood in stark contrast to a previous customer service call I had. She could not clearly explain why I was being told to add an additional $2,000 when there is already over $20,000 in my account and I am consistently making my $800 monthly payment. Paige was great in explaining the requirements for a new settlement offer. Overall I have been beyond satisfied with my arrangement with Lakeview.
