Although she is knowledgeable about the law, she is seriously lacking in customer service and people skills. This was the first time my family had ever dealt with handling an estate for a loved one and she made this a horribly unpleasant experience. She sent the most horribly rude, nasty e-mail I've ever gotten from a professional because we asked too many questions and should have "take better notes" at the hospital while our mom laid dying of a sudden illness. I would think someone in her line of work would have a little more empathy. I could never in good conscious recommend her to anyone.
