I was diagnosed with stage IV oral cancer back in 2018. I had been under the care of a dentist for many years who ignored the lesions in my mouth. I thought I had a negligence case against my dentist, but multiple attorneys in my state (I do not live in Florida) turned me down. He WILL talk you out of a case if it is against one of HIS professional witnesses! Your never going to know so get a second opinion for sure. Scary - tricked me by different websites. Swore and yelled at me, used a 'clicker' a creepy control device as he talked. Trying to act like William Hurt in that odd law firm movie scene...brash and confrontative. Demanded to know what tooth number and he fell apart when I had zero clue about tooth number. I called another lawyer--waiting 3 weeks only to find out that number was also Marks! And this ended in a screaming match because no I won the scream the loudest and hang up. No man will verbally put me as a female down! Felt bad for his staff.

Worked with me through the whole process. I was always confident in Mr. Glassman's ability to handle my case! I would recommend him to anybody I know who would need a medical malpractice lawyer. Update: I'd like to add that I saw a review stating Mr. Glassman was 'rude'. Mr. Glassman is somebody who does not beat around the bush. If you want an answer; he will answer it.
