Nothing was done correctly on our filling. I had to make contact with Carlos most of the time and the conversation would start with us needing to pay more money. We thought our paperwork was complete and waited for 4 months for the courts to respond back that our paperwork is still missing the proper documents. I had to print everything out and make copies and deliver to the courthouse and it’s still not complete. I feel I should get my money back. I paid over $1200 to Carlos. 450 court filing fee, $150 courier fee and a day in Fairfield because I didn’t have everything needed to file had to wait for a person from the facilities office to look over what I had and told me I was missing 1 paper they printed it out for me. Such a waste of time and my money. We are basically starting all Over

Mr. Lassiter is not based in my state or county and unfortunately did not know the details to complete the required paperwork to submit my final judgment packet. The backlog with the county here is absolutely ridiculous with five to six months of wait time for them to process your paperwork. The paperwork I submitted based on Mr. Lassiter's direction was not correct and it was returned five months later. I paid $400 for nothing!!!! I finally went to a paralegal here in my county who was very experienced and has worked with the family court here for 30 years. I re-submitted the correct paperwork and am waiting for the packet to be approved and divorce granted. No one can afford to make mistakes here in this county! So I have waited now almost a year and five to six months and my money were

Very dissatisfied opened case Jan 2017 it is now Sept 2017 , it was a simple as filing a already signed divorce. And it has yet to be completed at this date . Asking for a return of my money so I can hire someone else who can finish my divorce .
