Andrew did an excellent job of defending an entity I own (as landlord) from a lawsuit lacking merit filed by a tenant. He successfully obtained and was granted a motion to dismiss majority of the purported claims. The plaintiff's attorney backed out entirely after realizing the remaining claims were not worthwhile of pursuing. The plaintiff ultimately gave up and the court case was dismissed.
