I recently paid off two debts with Brett Borland working with an amazing lady names Miriam Arreola. She was kind, respectful, and responsive when I would call in, if unavailable would call right back. I had two debts with this firm and only planned to pay one, her kindness motivated me to take care of both, and I did. Miriam was helpful even after I paid she assisted with locating the documentation I needed to show I paid. She ended our call with a warm congratulations! I'm a 20-year recruiter and we are constantly seeking out the type of person and employees like Miriam for out clients. Brett you are lucky to have her on your team! Thank you, Miriam and Brett, for making this a pleasant experience.

Based on the reviews, I see that I am not the only one that has gone through this process with a property management company falsely accusing that a debt is owed. But I digress, and won't go into that here (just know that I have strong vitriol towards RPM and 266 Lofts in Memphis, TN). At any rate, I want to give a shoutout to Ms. Miriam, the representative that worked with me through the payment of the debt. She was kind and I appreciated her professionalism.

I was alarmed to find the account on my credit with the incorrect amount at that. I wanted to resolve this issue so that it wouldn't be on my credit. Mr. Williams was not a nice person, nor was he professional at all. He told me he had other calls to attend to as if he he's the only person I the office and I'm not trying to resolve my debt. Yes I had alot of questions, but, he treated me as if I was a nobody. I reminded him of our call being recorded as I'm trying to pay a debt. He then apologized and began to actually listen to me. He was a complete donkey for no reason. I get this is a law office collecting debt, but degrading those who have a debt as if they are nobody's is ludicrous.

I had a debt from a apartment that I did not pay at the time. Ms Jade Johnson helped me get the issue resolved with favorable conditions for all parties. She was nice and helpful. If you pay your debts, you won't have to worry about someone asking for what's legally theirs lol.

For the record, i am active duty attempting to resolve a false eviction. Never dealt with this anywhere in this country btw. There was no care in the world about anything but some money. Constantly cut off, dismissed. Validity is what the question is, i have been scammed and i know you all want your money cause without it, what was the purpose? But before receiving debt you must look more in depth, greed is evil. Sad you do even green suiters like this. JAG is tracking just letting you know. I hope you make it right.
