Cameron Pontiff knowingly took thousands from my 78 year old mother with dementia. He only spoke with my mother once, (at the initial consult), who did not understand what was going on. Eldest daughter had brought mom to Pontiff to revoke younger daughter’s POA, which was given years before dementia diagnosis. Eldest daughter has history of addiction and draining mom. Upon explaining the situation to Pontiff and the Law Offices of Tony Morrow Aplc, whom Pontiff was with at the time, no response was given. All phone calls, correspondence and meetings with attorney were done with eldest daughter, NOT mom, (the “client”) who actual payment to Morrow and Pontiff was coming from without her knowledge.
