I want to talk to firstly not guilty results for traffic ticket job (John )that was the plus point and the main worst topic is paralegal ( she said that she is the paralegal if that’s true or she is the just worker as other )lady who picks up the phone always l swear worse person evet l spoke with. She hangs up the phone she is teasing with people accents, even asked few times to transfer the phone someone else she says oh l can not u can not pick any person l was like whoever l want to speak with l can ask she is like no ( l never heard this kind of attitude)she puts me on hold and hang up the phone please Deborah Magee or whoever manages this office u guys better to do hire more professional people ( l have all conversations as proof if u guys need that )pls read this Deborah

The worst lawer . I hired Magee to handle a traffic ticket I received for $138 and 2 points on my driving record. I paid them $155 specifically to help keep my record clean. My experience was very disappointing. Over the course of two years, they repeatedly delayed the court dates and kept changing the hearing schedule. They never properly kept me informed about what was happening with my case. After two years, they told me that the judge denied the case. I am not even sure if they actually attended the hearing. They did not clearly communicate the status of my case, and I had to wait a long time without proper updates. The most rude attorney will ever deal with I called them in the end of the day of the hearing date.they said call us tomorrow we will have the result for you. I called afternoon as they said to ask for the result they said we don’t have the results yet. Call back on Monday I said how come she said I did not get the results yet from the court and I’m not gonna call them now to ask them.What’s the result of your ticket and she hung up the phone immediately.

The attorney I worked with was extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. After my hearing, they told me to call back the next day for the results. I followed up as instructed, yet for two weeks they repeatedly told me they had no information. It was later clear they had failed to follow up on my case properly, missed critical deadlines, and as a result my license was suspended. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

Her demeanor is hostile, especially toward clients without legal background. Basic obligations were mishandled, leading to entirely preventable consequences. She routinely responds to negative reviews with false narratives, exploiting the fact that clients cannot reply.
