We used this office for closing on our home. The communication throughout the whole process was consistent and thorough. We got caught in a major 4 hour traffic jam on 85 on the way to closing and they walked us through all the what ifs and even though we got there 10 minutes before their office closed, Jan and her staff stayed late to ensure we could close that day. Because SC is a new state for us, Jan gave us some great pointers and helpful instructions with our relocation. Highly recommend this firm to anyone!
