This guy is a FRAUD. He took thousands from my wife and I in 2016. We never saw the work he did, and he never once successfully communicated with the defendant. This guy literally blew through our retainer by charging for "attempted to communicate" charges. We never saw any call logs, or the draft he supposedly worked on. Also, as a side note, he will also charge you for answering simple questions about your case. We never "heard back" from him in almost 5 years, and he took all our retainer money.

Robert Ekstrand failed to inform me of what was occurring in my case where my son and other children has been abused in Cumberland County Schools. Robert displayed inappropriate behavior by winking at me in his office that he works in with his wife. On June 1, 2016 Robert along with James Gill Middlebrooks set up a fake hearing in a community college. Robert intentionally missed deadlines while James Gill Middlebrooks misinformed the judge. When I realized Robert neglected his duty, I fired him on spot. Leaving the “mock hearing” they set up, Robert shoved me. He shoved me because they also had 4 bailiff standing on the side of me and threatened to have me arrested for pursuing my rights. Robert’s cowardly actions and lack of moral compass have no business in law.
