Although he no longer takes clients in specific service I was inquiring about, Mr. Coburn still took the time to advise me. He was extremely kind, helpful, detailed, and answered all of my questions thoroughly during our consultation.

Hired Mr. Coburn, paid the retainer and nothing happened for almost two months. When I got onto him about it, he filed what needed to be filed.. IN THE WRONG COUNTY. He didn't realize his mistake, despite the Clerk telling him about it the same day. I did and I'm the one who told him about it - THREE WEEKS LATER - because we were waiting and waiting for the document back from the Clerk. I'm the one who checked the docket and realized his mistak, not him. We'd still be waiting for the summons if it were up to him. If you're looking for a good attorney to assist you, Mr. Coburn isn't it. Seems 40 years in the business and maybe it's time to retire. Law 101 is filing in the correct jurisdiction.
