Working with John and his staff has been a great experience. I was appointed Executer of both my Mom's Estate and then my Dad's estate. All of the court processes were handled with excellent competency and knowledge. It was very comforting to have these proceedings in their care. I would recommend hiring John and his staff to family and friends.

John has been assisting me, for the last two and a half years, with trust administration and navigating all of the complicated court procedures required of a trustee. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and competent attorney while also being a personable and thoughtful person in general. My situation has been drawn out by family issues and the Dixie Fire, but I have always been confident that John and his paralegal will be on top of all the details and have my back until the end. John D' Ewart is the attorney for both my parents estates and my sister Johnna is the executer of it and I'm one of heirs of the estates and in my experience with this office they are very unprofessional and incompetent. They can't give me any answers to my questions I have about my parents estate.the receptionist laughed at my questions then hung up on me.I lost both my parents and they have no empathy and actually laugh at me and hang up on me with no regards to my loss.so I highly suggest you don't use their services.

I would rate this guy zero. He is one of the dumbest attorneys I have ever seen. I just wasted $400 to have a consultation with John and literally got nowhere. For someone that says he specializes in real estate and probate law, he has absolutely no knowledge on his own practice. I would not recommend him to anyone. He didn't even assist. All he did was constantly interrupt and override me. None of the advice he gave was remotely correct. I spoke to three different attorneys who all contradicted John and told me otherwise. Don't go to this man. He is corrupt and money-hungry. He doesn't care about his clients. All he does is waste your money. And when you leav a negative review, he pretends he doesn't know who you are. Believe me, I do not have this confused for a different law firm.
