Law Office Of Jon E Benezette

I started a case with this law firm and I have been pushed to the back burner for whatever reason. The communication is less than unacceptable and every time I call i am told that the person I need to speak with is on the phone and will call me back. Guess what? I never get a call back. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a call back to get direction as to what I need to do to move the case along. Very unacceptable!!!

I depend on Jon for all my legal needs, he never turns me away and he’s always 100% in my corner. I can always depend on him and there hasn’t been a time in over 22 years that my calls have went unanswered. His office staff is top notched as well. Very poor customer! Do not call back At all!!!! I met Jon back in 2012 He was my family attorney back in the days. So me bro loyal i hired him for a case! Let’s just say I called them on a Monday and didn’t hear from them till that 4th Monday!!!! The receptionist Is Very Rude!!!!! his paralegals also are rude . I do not recommend anyyyy one to go to this law firm… if i could put Mins 10 stars i would! They deserve No stars!!!!!! I should have choose Morgan and Morgan! They are way way more professional.. atleast they do return it calls and have your best interest!

I always check reviews of people, that are professional business owners. Only because, you get an inside look at how other's see them. I must say, reading some of these reviews ignited me to leave my own. I met Jon Benezette back in January 2018, in hopes of renting a property from him. My first impression was, oh Lord I'm definitely not going to get approved! As me and my mom approached him, he was soooo inviting and just a general good guy! Since being a tenant of Jon Benezette, he has always keep his word and fixed things without hesitation. He has helped me, in my times of unexpected curves! Insisted he could do better than Morgan and Morgan but he messed up the entire case. His paralegal Bonnie is extremely rude and passive aggressive, one of the rudest people I've met in my entire life. Do not recommend, just go to Morgan and Morgan.
