Joe was very diligent in getting information to me. He was very direct and followed the law. He guided me through the process and was patient with me as it is a very difficult and sensitive situation dealing with custody issues. I loved how he immediately saw the opposing side for what they were and stuck by me the whole way. His previous experience in defense helped tremendously during cross examination in trial. He and Robin were always friendly when I called or emailed ( which was quite a bit) and I thank them very much for their service!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! NEVER FILED DOCUMENTS QUOTE " MUST HAVE FEEL THROUGH THE CRACKS". worked for opposing side ,filed a motion i didn't agree to. Joe says " i don't get everything I want ". Threatened to leave his office for asking about files not filed that was given way before suite was filed or he will have hearing to get rid of you. Yet i paid for the service already. Plus I was there to fire him. You will pay for so much work that was never done. Won't take ownership for his mistakes. Robin will always tell you " i don't know what to tell you"....and you will pay for that. As a woman I felt from day one he wasn't working for me yet will for the opposing male and his own pockets. Joe is a no-nonsense lawyer who will give you the right advice straight to your face. His approach is empathetic but realistic. If it were not for the opposing lawyer, Joe moved fast on my case and still was detail oriented. His paralegal Brandy is pleasant and helps keep things easy for the clients.
