I don’t understand why they hire such rude, ill-mannered, arrogant receptionists. I called over a month ago to make an appointment; Nattaly only asked me for my documents, and she never contacted me again, nor did I hear anything else. Then I called on February 27 and a girl answered who said her name was Janiel, or something like that, because I asked her to repeat her name and she kept changing the subject, so I never clearly understood what her name was. She treated me very poorly. She told me she didn’t know why Natally had asked me for the documents and didn’t schedule an appointment. Then she kept responding in a very rude manner.
