I was told by her assistant tht is was $500 4 a phone consultation & don't even kno if she can even help you....is INSANE. Tht's waste of my time & money....AND I CERTAINLY DON'T HAVE ANY 2 WASTE N THE DAY & AGE. THT'S A HARD NO. I'LL PASS.

Lindy patiently learned about my discrimination case during a time when I felt really vulnerable. She fights for what's right and cares about the truth. Lindy has integrity and fights hard for people to get justice!

She was not present for the consult of $500 and wasn’t present for the paid legal respresentation until near the end. She failed us epically and would not refer her office in the future. Her staff was nice but that’s not what we paid for.

Charging $500 for a consultation (with one of the paralegals on the phone), expecting six thousand dollars for a retainer fee (which was originally 12 thousand but he said he was doing me a favor). Then when you call back about a question and keep calling and calling and calling leaving message after message trying to get someone from the office to call you back, nobody does!! Then they have the audacity months later sending a TEXT asking for you to sign the retainer and pay them money! If this is how you treat potential clients I want nothing to do with this law firm.

My wife used her a few years back for age discrimination. Now my wife is HR for over 20 years and keeps top notes and information! Ms. Korn is not aggressive at all and very lazy looking for a quick buck. We had a settlement and actually lost money because she is not aggressive. Find someone who is willing to go all out for you!
