I reached out to Mr.Travis to help a 84 year old friend who is in desperate need of advice. I live 1500 miles away and he has no one to intervening on his behalf. Mr. Travis called me an was extremely rude and nasty. Said he didn't have time actually spoke loudly and callous. I was speechless. Thought lawyers try to help people. Totally uncalled for behavior. I would give him a zero rating.
