You have yet to respond, hence the reason I have gone to another attorney. I spoke to Marcella one time at the beginning of this journey. I came to this firm for my brother's estate probate. I have had figure stuff out on my own or ask, ask, ask . I told her when we started that I had never been through this before and knew nothing about the process, and she told me a few things and I still was told something different later. They act like I'm supposed to know all the procedures and fees. I have had to dig for information, felt disconnected and like I was a nuisance to them the entire time.
