Called them to see if they can take my case regarding my property insurance claim of bad faith with State Farm. They had to call me back because they were apparently too busy at the time of my call. When I finally did get a call back, almost 6 hours later, they just asked me details of the situation with my insurance company. They didn’t ask for any documentation or proof of bad faith. I assume they wrote down what I told them but the lady just said they would send the attorney the information she wrote down to see if he’s interested in taking the case. If not, they’d email/call me back to let me know either way. The whole thing gave me a vibe that they would not take the case because when I asked her if there was anything they needed and that I can send them documents she said no, just to

Say they take cases against lawyer malpractice. I gave them a CLEAR case of lawyer malpractice, but the lady emailed me back and said they wouldn’t take my case because they were a small law firm and my case was “too small.” Stay FAR AWAY from these people!

I called and the person that answered, a women, is very rude and just hangs up on me after I introduced mysefl. I called back and and asked if she just hung up on me and she just went silent and didn't say anything for 30 seconds so I am now writing a bad review. With an attitude like that I will take my business elsewhere and if anyone is interested I recorded this interaction with this rude person for reference

I'm a DFW attorney, too, and I can tell you that Mark is at the top of the list for "lawyers who are respected by lawyers" in our own circles.
