This woman emailed me over a month ago and told me that my money from my dad's estate was ready for pickup in Brevard County. My dad lived in that county. She would not try to find out where in Brevard,so I could go pick it up! After I complained enough,she finally did. I signed paperwork to have it sent to her in Orlando. To this day I still do not have my money! Every time I call her office,she is always out. I have emailed her,but she doesn't answer me!; DO NOT hire her as your attorney unless you want continues stress to deal with!

From beginning to end, Attorney Martini and her entire crew were top notch. I was never left waiting, they returned every phone call, text and email very promptly. They are very organized, professional, and have their office together. Attorney Martini is an expert in writing wills, is able to answer all questions regarding such and I trust her with all advance planning. Myself and a 5 family members got our wills, living wills, the whole 9 yards, it was so much we literally were scheduled an entire day at her office, it was a lot and Attorney Martini did above and beyond. While looking for an elder attorney for my parents a couple years ago, I was referred to Pam Martini. I feel very lucky to have found her for them. At the time my mom's dementia was starting to progress, so Pam helped her make decisions while she was still could and designate durable power of attorney for when she was no longer able to.
