Law Office of Rachael Callahan

Rachael is the most pathetic excuse for a business owner I’ve almost ever seen. Her and her staff were awful to communicate with, their responses were condescending, late, and rarely ever helpful. I felt guilty, even asking questions- I got emotional on several occasions communicating with them. You could never reach them on the phone, and the whole process took way longer than all of the timeframes they gave us. They never talked about invoices upfront, they just sent you a bill afterwards. When we had questions about it, they threatened to send us to collections. Will never work with them again to say the least, and this is your warning to go elsewhere.

WARNING: Do not work with this business I asked them to write an eviction notice. They created an incorrect letter, which cost me loss of last month of rent because the letter was written incorrectly. I contacted another law firm and they said the letter was written incorrectly. Rachael Callahan refused to correct her mistake and said, and said I should have not used their letter they wrote for me!

I enjoy working with Rachael and her staff. They are professional and very knowledgeable about landlord tenant law.
