If I could give Richard Swanson 20 gold stars I would. He not only got my son the best possible outcome, he took the time to sit in the corridor and go over everything with my family piece by piece. He answered all of our questions and was so patient. I have had experience with plenty of attorney's, never one as patient, kind, understanding and thorough as Richard Swanson. If you need an attorney he is the one to hire.

A very good attorney. First thing I noticed in the court room was everyone saying good morning Mr. Swanson. I had a few thousand in fines and over 80 days work release and truthfully I didn't have the time or the money to meet those obligations. Mr. Swanson negotiated a 1 week sentence and I didn't have to pay anyfines. To top it off the day I turned myself in I also had a driving with on a suspended licence ticket. Mr. Swanson took care of that for free in the spot, i would serve a week concurrently with my previos sentence while also avoiding the $1500 fine! All of this for $750! So if you add everything up I would have had almost 5 thousand dollars in fines, and lost 8p days of work which amounts to about $8000. That $750 saved me over $11,000. To this day im thankful

it was a nightmare .. totally unprepared! seriously hes a public defender that has basically no time for anyones case it seemed like everything was half way done not 100% not even 75% i felt like we were on a episode of punk'd wheres ashton? uhm no he just really acts that way in court idk if anybody else had these results but i wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemie .. I know this sounds harsh but I'm saving you and your family the heartache, pain, and humliation.
