Seamus is an incredible human. He has a heart full of kindness that many attorneys lack. His knowledge and expertise is in an area of law few lawyers ever venture into. He’s an advocate for the little guy. He’s a voice for those without. He’s an asset to the legal profession.

I'm giving Seamus 2 stars only because he's so nice. Unfortunately I paid $1600 for a trust for my special needs daughter in July 2016. Well, I never got it and now it's May 2018. In his defense I also lost track of time as I didn't have to go BUT he never called me either. I have called though to set up times which he cancelled and most recently I never got a call back. I don't work close by so have not made too much of an effort to get to him but can't this be mailed to my home???? I would NEVER hire him again and I would suggest you do the same. BEWARE!

Update: The Firm has not been returning phone calls on a regular basis. Unable to get resolution on current case needs. Previous:Seamus helped us set up a trust and Guardianship for our special needs child. He helped us navigate all the things we had no idea we had to do. He approached all the situations with compassion and professionalism.

If you need a lawyer, who does not return phone calls nor reply to emails, Kelly is your guy. If you need a lawyer, who cannot accomplish a simple legal matter, Kelly is your guy. BUT, if you need a professional, responsive, capable lawyer, look for someone else.

Mr. Kelly helped our family work through the state's denial of my sisters disability. He is very knowledgeable about the process and helped us get my sister funded. He really cares about doing what is right for those with a disability.
