I truly don’t understand the good reviews. In my experience, she has been the worst lawyer we’ve ever hired. She is extremely rude, has zero communication, and I would never recommend her to represent anyone. She handled my son’s immigration case for three years and did absolutely nothing—no follow-ups, no updates, no communication. She was never available, and we finally decided to withdraw from her services. Even then, she was rude and uncooperative. She provided us with an incomplete file, and now we are missing a very important document we need to finalize my son’s case. When I called her to resolve the issue, she accused my son of being “rude,” threatened me, and then hung up the phone. This is completely unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend. She served as a mediator during a divorce case and she sided/defended the female without knowing the situation or circumstances. She is supposed to maintain a neutral/unbiased position and she did not. Among other comments, she asked the male why he was renting a hotel room for the mediation meeting if he did not want to pay more child support, claiming and assuming that if he had money for a hotel, he should give the ex-wife more money. Look elsewhere if you want an ethical mediator.

Lawyer Mintz has great knowledge of the updated laws in this difficult times. Our family’s case was easy and fast,but everyone’s case is different. We are blessed to have met her and doing our case with her. We greatly appreciate her and her staff support to our family.
