It’s a shame to see any reviews here or anywhere else attempting to tarnish or disparage Mr. Smith’s reputation or the quality of his legal services. I secured his council twice within the last seven years and he did an outstanding job for me both times. He has very thorough knowledge of both criminal and civil family law. He also practices law with the utmost integrity and clearly communicates what is necessary in order to secure the best legal outcome in the end. No attorney in the world can secure a favorable outcome for a client that isn’t willing to follow sound legal advice such as his. Our legal system is very complex and anyone attempting to navigate it successfully would be wise to hire Mr. Smith as their legal advocate if they have the means to do so.

My family and I secured A. Russell Smith's council on two separate occasions after firing an inept, or even worse, attorney who was hired by my wife from a public library website. The professionalism and results of A. Russell Smith was on the opposite end of the spectrum from this other attorney. Bottom line, be very selective as to whom you hire as an attorney, especially in FL.

Some of you may have noticed that someone has recently started anonymously trolling us. For almost forty years, we have prided ourselves on taking tough cases. These cases sometimes don't work out the way our clients want them to, and they demand we compromise our principles to fashion a better result. We work very hard for our clients, but we do so ethically and honestly, and so, sometimes, we have to tell a client "No". Occasionally, the former client decides to lash out. That's OK. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Just know that, despite unwarranted criticism or unfair reviews, we will continue to fight for the best outcomes for our clients, within the rules.

I am laughing like crazy at this man's comments. However also angry. I have referred Russell Smith so many client's and friends over the past 20 years for family law matters. He does a fine job and has the utmost integrity!

If somebody this office for mediation you should move else where , ______ will do nothing but waste time and take your money , be very careful of tactics and set your time limits , if you fall into this _______ as a mediator
