Ambar is a great attorney. He is really knowledgeable in the aspect of real estate and was very prompt when things went south on the buyers end. My family has used him on a dozen deals and I just purchased my first investment property and he was a big reason for the deal finishing.

I was the seller for a deal where amber was the buyer's representative. Quite an irresponsible person and I think, in all fairness, he should be banned from practice. Make sure before getting involved in any transaction that he's not the person on the other end of it--assuming that no decent person would hire him. He is slow (I believe he works alone) and asks for revisions at the last minute to buy himself time. Avoid if you can at all cost.

We use Ambar when purchasing rental properties. He is great! Never had any issues and I know things will get done.

ambar is the best. i wouldnt have been able to get my dream house without him. I wouldnt dream of ever going through someone else. Your making the best decision for you and yours if you pick him to represent you.

I wish there was a 0 zero star for people like Ambar. He doesn't return phone calls, doesn't answer his email, and just decides out of nowhere to set his own time and schedule for the business of others. Highly unrecommended. Perhaps should be sued for his unprofessional (and we, as consumers, should hold such bad lawyers accountable for their bad practice).
