I do not know where to start and where to end. I have never felt so frustrated in my life. Very unprofessional staff. They tell you I will call you back in 2 hours then 2 hours turns into weeks. All of the staff needs to work on their professional and communication skills. As their client, I had to chase them and keep calling them where I would get no answer. Jack on the other hand is very unprofessional, does not know how to help at all. These people do not understand where they went wrong even though they said they do. I had to ask for my file to be sent to me so I can take it elsewhere. Just for future reference, instead of telling the client to take the case to another law office, try to take the time to listen to them and understand from their point of view.
