David Jimenez is a savvy attorney who successfully defended us against a shady contractor who demanded thousands of dollars for unfinished work on our home and had placed a foreclosure lien on our home without ever speaking to us about our concerns. We rightfully refused to pay the contractor for work they did not complete.
