I was being charged with terroristic threatening in the first degree- felony. This charge wasn’t a crime that I had actually committed so I wanted to find the best lawyer to represent me in court. I hired a lawyer prior to finding David Powell. I was not happy with the way they were handling my case so I decided to change lawyers. That was the best decision I could have ever made. David has been thorough and knowledgeable on my case and the case got dismissed. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and dedication he displayed in my case. I paid Bailey Riggs to be my divorce attorney in October 2025. I talked to him on the phone one time, then a week or so later he quit. He had puyt him name on my case. That was it. That was in October. I still don't have a divorce or an attorney because I just learned that the other side has been intervening every time I get an attorney. I thought it was just the last 3, but no, it started with the first attorney I got. The person I am trying to divorce who has stolen everything I have, likes to brag about the control they have over every one!!! This is not a good thing. I cannot thank David enough for what he has done for me. The determination he has had through all of this I’ve been through will always stick with me.
