Scott is a straight shooter and a fighter. The entire time he was handling my case he was straight up and honest about what the process would be and what I could expect. He was also dead on with assessment from the first day. Had an Incident last year and my grandma takes me here to get some help. I didnt really think i was gonna get anything from the accident but the people i was working with basically said i would get something to help me pay my medical bills and for pain and suffering.. Its been months now tried to get in contact multiple times at first but the person i needed to talk to was always in a meeting. After about three months I finally went up to the office and asked to speak with the woman im working with and it was fairly awkward and their by the facial expression wasnt to happy to see me, i go on to ask if everything is okay and tell them the hospital has been harassing me about the bill and if the process is all done, the answer i got was just tell them to contact us... not gonna lie not sure
