When I settled with them I had to sign papers stating I wouldn’t sue them. I signed it because I just wanted the nightmare to be over with. After settlement (for student loans that navient refused to let me defer on while not able to work while pregnant due to complications) my brother in law who is a lawyer found many things they had done to me illegally. These people are terrible, how they are still operating legally is beyond me. Their team of “lawyers” are completely unprofessional and the miscommunication or lack of is insane. I think they got their law degrees at a clown school.

If i can give no stars i would, This place is UNPROFESSIONAL. How they are even allowed to do what they do is baffling, They set you up to fail. In their letters it states you can give them a call to make arrangements. That should be taken out because NOBODY ever picks up a single phone call or has the decency to give you a call back. This place should honestly get SHUT DOWN.

very unprofessional. received threatening calls asking for money. without stating what they were collecting for. This place and the workers are a joke and will be dealt with now. calling someones job is harassment and borderline illegal. This will now be handled properly,

This company is the scum of the earth. They just call numbers that have the same last name as the person they collecting for. On top of that they went into my bank account and wiped out everything I had to collect a bogus debt that wasn't even mine.

They are very rude! They don’t take arrangements they bully you into paying what they want. They are horrible people and should not be allowed to practice.
