Closed my case after making close to all of my payments , I fell behind and I catched up with all payments I communicated with whoever takes payments up in front and I was told i was fine and up to date. My family has been with them for years from my older brother to both my parents and me. There was no communication from anyone in this firm , I guess they just wanted most of my money to close my case and not help me out anymore I was very transparent with them but I guess money was the only thing on their mind.
