Paid $6000 to get assistance on fixing my husband and he offered us to go through the asylum process he had us pay him off before my husbands last court appearance as we did and all only to be told that my husband was offered voluntary deportation and my husband hadn’t even walked in to the courtroom Mr. Piña was never involved in any of my husband’s court appearances he always had a different assistant attend on his behalf and obviously they did nothing to help mind u my husband has a clean record and I’m a us citizen plus we have a adult son that’s above 21yrs of age and a minor daughter that are both us citizens and Piña didn’t even bother processing his residency application instead he had us go through the asylum process only to never show up to any court hearings and get my husband v

A family law attorney recommended my sister to this attorney Hugo Piña. My sister had a terrible experience with him. He did not do anything but just take her money. He had his assistant take care of my sisters case and she did not help either. Instead there were many passive aggressive treatments and judgmental remarks on my sisters legal status. She was born and raised in the valley but had been having a difficult time getting a passport due to being born at home and having a midwife sign her birth certificate. We DO NOT recommend you spend your money in this law office! They will take your money, not help, and make you feel guilty instead of solving your problem.

Not good. He said he could help my friends mom get her residency after he looked at her case. She was detained and taken in for deportation by ice. Every lawyer he has gone to after has told him they don’t know what Hugo saw on the file that his mom had no chance at getting her residency so all he did was take his money. They called him for help and he did not even bother to look in to it he said he needed to be rehired. Do not go with him.
