James Barron is an excellent attorney. He is very intelligent as well as his staff. Very happy with our support through his office over the years.

The only good reviews on this Attorney are from Landlords who hire him to evict people, in-other-words; he makes his money on the backs of putting people out of their homes. The Negative Reviews tell the real story. I've dealt with a few Attorneys in my Life, and in my Honest Opinion; this one is in the Top 5 Worst list. I'm not sure who is worst; the Attorney himself or his Office staff; either way; I've filed an Ethics Complaint against him with the Florida Bar for what I honestly believe is his unethical behavior towards members of the Public, especially opposing parties.

He lies in court documents and will not send out orders on time. Will use excuses that he is "transitioning" his office and is friends with the judges. He caused my mother and I to be evicted knowing that my mother was injured by our landlord and knowing that the landlord was supposed to pay medical bills through their insurance company's umbrella coverage. He omits documents within his filings such as move-in/move-out sheets. My mother had part of her foot amputated because of his lies and then she died from the stress of the eviction. Do not use this man unless you want someone unethical.
