My experience with this immigration attorney has been extremely disappointing. When I met him for the first time, he said if USCIS allows him, he will come to the interview with me, but unfortunately he didn't. This lack of commitment and representing me on the phone had severe consequences for my case. The officer hanged up on him and didn't approve my case. USCIS asked me for some documents that I didn't know where and how to get them. In respond of my help to get the documents, this attorney simply told me that he can not help and he doesn't know how to solve it. It was the moment I felt vulnerable and not supported.
