Dealing with him during an unlawful eviction is ridiculous. I proved that the the numbers for which I owe are wrong, plus telling him that the manager is being investigated for fraud and embezzlement. Also that there's a class action lawsuit that is being built. Not to mention at least 6 individual lawsuits against the management. Plus I've been charged $1.80 for this drainage for more than 11 years! Our address is 3700 morse ave Sacramento California. I've contacted an attorney, and I contacted my friends at the TV station.

On 2/6/2025 I contacted him about documentation that I wanted to discuss in regards to paying a invoice that was brought to my attention he said the property mobile home park was not going to accept the balance owed which is odd due to my dad owns the actual trailer out right Joe hung up on me and court is scheduled in March. So many of my dads actual rights as a tenant were violated and their is a right for my blind disabled father to live in a safe environment! This is a bizarre situation To REFUSE PAYMENT THAT I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO PAY 3 times Since October of 2024

Just received a letter from him that claims illegal rights for my landlord's agent. He actually cited CA 798.26 and added words. He threatened me with eviction EVEN THOUGH he does not represent my actual landlord. I have already reported him.
