Unprofessional and lacks attention to detail had a case with her to file change of status for my mother because she was cheap costed about $1500. was refunded half the money after a year because she said "i'm sorry unfortunately I could not help change your status its not within my expertise". Would have been nice to know when we had the initial conversation and you were sweet talking about how you are able to get the case done. Now we lost time and money and all you did was try to send some form to the state department. BEWARE
