DO NOT call for a consultation, Sue Berkal answered her phone with frustration and as I continued to explain my situation she "huffed and puffed" very unprofessionally and proceeded to tell me it would be very expensive to hire her to take care of my situation and she told me to just go and pay the fines for my situation myself. She gave no other advice and was very rude without even getting an explanation of my full situation. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING SUE BERKEL.
