Confused staff. Sent information to someone else's email despite my very explicit instructions. I was then given a phone appointment, after calling again, and wasted my evening waiting for a call that never came. Two weeks later and haven't received a call or email. I hired another attorney. Edit: Received a call and voicemail today after leaving the above review. Ms. Yoshida left a message of apology. That was nice and appreciated. Mistakes happen. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

Well here we are with the same issue as two other people previously stated. I started receiving voicemails last week (2 months) following my emergency room visit. When I called back because I was so confused as I have full medical coverage. The woman I spoke to was beyond the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve spoken to in the field. She kept trying to get me to pay the bill by stating insurance won’t cover it since it’s regarding a car accident etc. saying they don’t even bother trying to bill them after refusing multiple times she got increasingly more angry. Asking me for my personal information and things regarding my accident. I hung up and immediately called my insurance. We have dealt with this law firm for over two years and every time we call for answers or to inquire about the process we are met with attitude and excuses. They bounce you around amongst staff members and no one knows what is going on. The make promises to call you back and weeks will go by until you get a call and then they don't know why you called in the first place so they have no answer for you. No one relays messages. So you start all over with a new office person. You are in a constant cycle of making calls and inquiring with absolutely no answers. You are always left feeling helpless with this law firm.
