**Warning: Victor is a Scammer** Victor is a complete fraud. He has his secretary answer his calls just to avoid responding himself. He lures you in with seemingly affordable prices, only to take your money and then ghost you completely—no replies to calls, texts, or any follow-up. He just disappears and never communicates again. This is terrible business practice. If I were you and you're searching for a reliable lawyer, I wouldn't spend a single dollar on this guy. I'm also planning to report him to the state bar association for unethical conduct. Stay away!

Save your money. I went to prison on an incorrect score sheet Victor Mead provided me. As the record will show Mr. Mead filed a motion to correct sentence and i was released. This motion was filed with the clerk of the court in orange county. When he was notified of the incorrect score sheet it took him 30 days to file that motion. I spent 8 months in prison, at the end, he had NO remorse or sense of responsibility. He was not prepared when I went to court he showed up late. Had Mr. Meade properly reviewed my case he would have caught the error on my score sheet. My life was never the same again. During the process Mr. Mead did not return phone calls in a timely manner unless it was to collect money. Mr. Meade was rude and arrogant. Stay away......

the few times he has represented a family member, has been beyond superb! never had an issue, you get what you pay for...and we all know when you need that legal guidance and a good one...it will cost but so dame worth it!

Attorney Mead is a very honest and knowledgeable person. I really appreciate the advice that I received. He has helped my family with legal issues for a number of years.
