Buyer closed on vacant land. She never sent the file to be recoded with the county for over a week and never responded to calls, texts or voicemails. Had to get someone involved for her to finally respond for buyers requests to have the land they bought the week prior recorded with the county. Terrible experience with her and lack of communication makes it even worse. There are allot of title companies out there. Use one that can do the closing correctly and has customer service. Hello fellow seekers, I was contacted by this law firm after being referred by another title searcher. I told her it was a tax deed property but wanted to get a title search done to make sure no other issues were connected with the land. She told me alittle about tax deed property's and asked me to speak with the seller if they already filed a quiet title in court. After leaving 1 message a day for 3 days, its apparent now that she isnt interested in performing the title search. In our time and age, I feel leaving reviews helps make people more accountable for their business practices.

Others seemed to have issues but not me. I had a developer try to steal land. She took care of it right away.
