Lawyer Referral and Information Service

After 15 mins on hold, I spoke with legal receptionist Jasmine who answered all my questions and gave me the resources I needed to take the next steps in my case. She was very patient and kind. Great experience.

The 1st female representative who answered the call was brief, short and completely rude. Even her tone of voice was not pleasant. I called back to see if the information she gave me was accurate because after the experience I did not trust her judgement. The second rep., a gentlemen and more pleasant man, was able to accurately correct my information received. Luckily he was a better rep. More patient. Overall, 1st impression didn't sit well. 3 stars is being too kind!

The Atlanta Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service is an essential service for the public. They provide quality referrals to attorneys who they have screened to be experienced, in good ethical standing, and insured. They're far more reliable than just a regular browser search.

I will never hang up on a customer who doesn't understand. It took me getting a white lady with sense to better explain this fee to me just for text messages. Black female receptionist you need to do better. Hang up on your mother like that.
