I won a lawsuit 8 years ago and I still have not received a dollar. They pretty much washed their hands of me. I would love to know if they got paid their portion of the lawsuit. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
I hired this firm to take on my case back in 2010. Since then, I've had three lawyers on my case and three lawyers quit. To get anyone from the firm to call you back is near impossible. They barely reply to emails. I don't even hit them up all the time. Once every three or four months I ask for a status update on my case and I get nothing. Do yourself a favor and I find better representation.
Derek Braziel is a nationally recognized expert in wage and hour law (overtime and minimum wage cases). He is a careful hard working lawyer. I highly recommend him!
