Getting anyone on the phone is difficult and yes, they do have call volumes. I do want to say that do not choose the option to hold your call in line and have someone call you back. I did this and I didn’t get a call back until 2 days later when I was away from my phone, so guess who has to get back in line and try again. I think if the phone calls are too much to handle, the online services at least need to be open the same hours the business operates.

update: I had the best attorney- Cole Voorhes. He kept my needs first and helped through a difficult situation. It was very hard getting signed up but once I was assigned to my lawyer it was great!

These Attorney's are Greatl, I've been with them as needed since 2018 hurricane Florence, they listen very well to your concerns. They returned my call quickly and they offered me gentle and professional answers. Thanks to Attorney Emma Smiley, and now Attorney Daniel sorry can't remember his last name 🤔 I'm. My attorney seemed OK in the beginning. I don’t think she ended up doing as much for me as she could have and towards the end she seemed a bit rude.

First and foremost, getting someone on the phone is impossible. Going there, they will just tell you to call the number. I recieved zero help from them.
