Jackie Simpson was SUPPOSED to “work for my daughter” in family court but she didn’t. Jackie worked for the other parent, the Father. Jackie’s questions to my daughter were always one sided. Jackie only listened to the Father’s narrative & asked my daughter questions based off HIS side. My daughter had a lot of changes going on and her Father stopped communicating with her. Instead of Jackie putting blame on the adult, she victim blamed and did anything to find issue with the child & woman. This kind of behavior from social workers & court personnel has become the norm. Jackie was cold, distant & direct with me. The first go round with Jackie I left her messages and she never called me back. She didn’t care to speak to me at all. Her favorite phrase is “I work for the child” but

So so SOOO rude! Could not answer questions and just kept repeating predetermined phrases, then got agitated, told -me- to calm down, them hung up. I called back to get someone else, whom I'm sure was in the same room, and just put me on hold without addressing me or even finishing their own sentence. After 2.5 minutes, I figured she wasn't coming back. We were also denied services because we were NOT transgender. I was obviously shocked at this response, and she again, repeated her memorized lines. Bizarre!

I called seeking an opinion/help with my legal questions and they were very rude over the phone and said they don’t work on my type of situation. I asked if they could help point me in the right direction or give an opinion at least and the woman stated she could not do that and hung up on me. Avoid avoid avoid.

Monica the Receptionist did a horrible job she don’t try to assist or help she just instantly turned down did ask any question or even try to seek the problem horrible employee.

I was disappointed in tgeir service. I apply to rgem for divorce andci am rhe one that had to be constantly calling until i went ahead and retain a lawyer then i went the second timesti them after they say they coukd help me and then they call me and reject me. It is si sad that they are for the poor and needy and they r rejecting u.
