I wanted to stop in and say thank you to Alex, when I first met him a month ago he told me at 1pm that day he couldn’t take my case. I was sad and just lost. At 7p that same day he called me and said he would take my case, I was so thankful and knew GOD was the reason. He did amazing today in court, we did not WIN… I wasn’t sad to lose because Alex gave it his all and he was very knowledgeable and he did his research. Thank you again Alex and Legal Aid!!!

Absolutely useless. The caller sounded so bothered and annoyed that I dared to even ask for free legal advice and snappily told me to contact someone else. What is even the point? If you're poor, good luck with the circus.

How it’s it that’s it said free legal aid then be like while in order to use our services u got to pay 29.99 to use the ai system well then that’s not free there’s a charge like everything else then why not just say that why lie about ur services we all know u got to pay once we beat the case but why for an ai system what’s the robot gonna show up in the court room too here we come to the Jetsons ya I bet we all can wait to fly around all day where already losing to the system in mean it’s crazy the way the world is invoking n it’s sad the way humanly as come along at this point

Wow, so I was told to call legal aid for some assistance, and Mr. Rydell was the attorney that picked up my case and when I tell you, it felt like I was a first-degree murderer, I just knew I was going to jail for years for a landlord and tenant civil case. I have given him all the information that I gave to the judge to help with my case. he wanted to know how much I was getting paid which I’ve already sent over my offer letter from my new job. He still continue to ask questions where I did not have the answer to, he wanted to know what a paycheck will look like when I haven’t even gotten paid my first check, he wanted me to commit to a certain amount so that he can speak with the landlord‘s attorney which I kept telling him, I don’t know that amount yet this will be my first paycheck h
