I have used this type of service in the past. This is not one that is very good. Small network of council, cannot provide proper attorney firms for your particular need and their processes are cumbersome. To much pre-judgement before you even get referred then you will find often it is not covered. I think that who is in their network are there to often say they have the expertise but use it as a lead generation for their firm. That's my impression. I would recommend using a different company then Legal Resources or you might be very disappointed after your membership matures and you need help and you realize they cannot find or provide a proper attorney with the knowledge and advice you are seeking.

This service did not provide what I needed. they tell you that you have 7 days to try it out. What they dont tell you is that you dont get a refund . The guy on the other end was so pushy to get my card to go through .First I used my debit cards and they would not let the purchase go through until i used a real credit card. My banks always ask first if its a legitimate charge. i should have known then ! In my opinion any one that does not refund in that "trial" period is just bad buisness.

I once had a nice lady assist me with a legal matter, she was out of the office so my case was transferred to Jennifer the office manager, She was awful with keeping me in the loop with what was going on with placing me with a firm. I'd call and leave a message and she would call me back many days later and be extremely short. A month later I was placed with a firm to handle a simple legal matter for me (or as legal resources puts it, it was something that was fully covered) When I reached out to the attorney that she'd referred me to, he had no idea of why I was referred to him and was no longer even in their network of attorneys. I called back and thankfully got a much nicer consultant to assist me who placed me with a firm the SAME day. The place isn't the worst but avoid Jennifer at al

Dealing with this shady business has been the most draining, experience. The customer service manager is THE worst person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She's what I'd like to call a professional Karen. Her comments and lack of concern really sheds light on her true feelings. She was way more concerned with throwing me away and closing my case than actually helping me. Don't waste your time!

These people never answer the phone voicemail or ever call you back when you leave a voicemail. Sad standards for such a city of Virginia Beach. Probably has a lot to do with the people who work there and the administration of Legal Resources because they don't want you to know how the law works or you wouldn't be calling them asking for services. This place sucks to the max
